This weekend in our native town of Reading, England, our very own Phil Jones (@HypeTrainPhil) takes part in his first amateur boxing match. Preparing For The Big Night!
Phil's dedication for this event has been phenomenal. He's been dieting as one should and has been attending regular fitness and boxing sessions twice a week for three months. Before UWCB's organisaed events, Phil has been working on his conditioning for 3+ months prior.
The trio of Hype Train founders have also been putting Phil through his paces with regular training sessions, which mainly included running, sprint training and sparring practise.
We'll be there to support Phil this weekend and will hopefully get the opportunity to film the fight. All aboard.
